The Gun Case is one of our favorite pieces to make in the shop. Each is carefully handcrafted using only hand tools or woodworking machinery. No CNC or automated processes are involved in our production. Each case can be custom-tailored for the perfect fit of your firearm. When custom fitting you can send us your firearm to one of our local gun stores and meet all FFL requirements. Once in our hands know your firearm is treated just as if it was mine. Each gun is stored in a Pentagon Safe in a building with full security system and video surveillance.

We keep in stock a very nice selection of highly figured hardwoods to chose just the right material for your gun case. Being custom made you have the ability to choose just the right woods to compliment your firearm. A few kept in stock include Claro and Black Walnut, Oak, Maple, Cherry, Sepele, Bacote, Roman Ironwood, and several others. Most all feature unique grain patterns and some are truly one-of-a-kind pieces. I buy it when I see it, not when I need it! That being said I will also hunt for the right piece just for you if what we have in stock is not what you are wanting. Regardless, once done this gun case will certainly be a heirloom for generations to come as well as enhance the value of your firearm.

Some of the standard features to our cases include:

• Steel/brass plated combination lock.

• Solid brass latches, feet and corner protectors.

• We use solid brass stop hinges that stop the lid at an opening of 95 degrees so it will not close on you while handling your firearm and keep it from falling back.

• On the gun case shown you will see a latch on the inside covering the ends of the stock and muzzles of the barrels. The opposing end of each component snuggly fits into a compartment and then the ends are held in place with the hinged cover. This secures the firearm in place during transport as well if the case were accidentally opened making sure the valuable contents do not fall out and get damaged. Again, solid brass hinges and latch complete this feature.

The interior is trimmed with velvet. The sides are neoprene and the bottom is 1” foam all covered in velvet. We decided to go to this extra step instead of our traditional flocking for an increased amount of protection for your firearm. Standard flocking is fine but will crush down over time with use and not provide the level of protection a heavy firearm will require.
